Is it really free?
Yes. The review is free and yours to keep. If you'd like me to fix anything, you'll get one clear price before anything starts, so no surprises.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. If you're happy doing it yourself or with whoever looks after your site, that's absolutely fine. And if I can't help, I'll say so.
Who actually does the review?
Me. I'm Jack, and I look after websites for owner-run businesses around Fife. It's just me, so you'll hear from me personally.
Do you need my logins?
No. I only look at what anyone can see from the outside, and I won't change anything on your website.
I'm not in Fife. Can I still ask?
Yes. Fife is home, but I'm happy to look at a website for any small business in Scotland.
What happens to my details?
I only use them to reply to you. The privacy policy has the full detail.
